As you would expect out trainers have extensive experience in ITIL® training and other infrastructure service management touch points such as ISO/IEC 20000, Prince2™ and project management.

Our overall teaching approach is based on experiential learning; where theoretical knowledge is integrated with practical, hands-on learning in the training room environment through simulation and role play efforts.
