Following the actual Apollo13 lunar mission this one day simulation caters for up to 15 participants. The objective : Translate the Mission Director’s Service Strategy demands for value, represented as Key performance indicators (KPIs) into a set of service offerings. The KPIs, based upon the balanced scorecard, demonstrate that your ITSM capabilities can manage costs and risks and deliver business value.

In this simulation you and your team will Design and Transition the Apollo 13 rocket, supporting infrastructure and service management capabilities into the live service operation organisation. Manage real time events, incidents and requests in live operation and plan, prioritise and schedule the operational workload. You will also need to transition new changes to Services to as the mission progresses, minimising disruption and ensure Mission continuity.
